    Everyone knows they got screwed because everyone they bought cheap content from became their competitors, but they have money to throw around. They are one of the few tech companies that don't need to chase VC money, because they actually turn a profit.

      Hmmm I thought Netflix was still moviepass and burning VC money up, it does make it more confusing that they insist on chasing cheap IPs that guarantee a profit yield.
