I mean, either they try to claim that they do protect and serve, and lose the case due to that case that supreme court ruling, or they get forced to admit exactly who they protect and serve. Sounds like a lose lose for the cops to me
Sure it wouldn't have any tangible effect, I'm not saying it'd be this big hit to their image or finally turn everyone into abolitionists, but it would be funny to watch cops be backed into a corner and made to squirm if it worked out and it could have its use in propaganda
Some one should start Suing police departments that have the motto protect and serve on their cars
thats gone all the way to the supreme court, they said its fine and cops can do whatever
I'm suggesting we sue for false advertising.
"We Protect and Serve the rich, their property and ourselves, so technically...". :the-pigs:

They've already said the quiet parts out loud and people just don't care. Another court case to prove it won't do anything.

The court is just going to end up sending you to jail for doubting cops or something, the courts are the cops you can't catch them on a gotcha
You just have to keep pushing till scotus nullifys all laws leading to the fall of the states relevance
Well... its not like it says "what" is protected or "who" is served...
