All I’m saying is if I fucked up my job and it lead to 19 kids being brutally murdered, I would do the honorable thing and take my gun and put myself out to pasture, and it is genuinely astounding to me those cops haven’t done it already

:LIB: compromise: put all the officers involved in stocks in town and pelt them with abuse and rotten fruit. Hold a vote every 6 months to extend their sentence or release them. Let democracy take its course

Turn it into a tourist attraction and get folks from all over to come down and hate on cops, call it ACABLand

There is no punishment or outcome harsh enough to properly punish these selfish fucking pigs for what they did. I don’t care if opening that door was certain death for a cop, it WAS certain death for innocent children as a result of doing nothing

NYPD squad cars I believe used to say, “To Protect and Serve.” But no any more.

To protect ourselves at all costs, to serve the wealthy and their property.

This really should be the thing that begins the national discussion of how to completely overhaul the police with an eye toward abolition of its current form.
