Oracle founder Larry Ellison bought it from Dole about a decade ago, and guess what, it fucking sucks to be owned by this loser.

multimillion-dollar oceanfront lot being developed by the chair of the Obama Foundation

complexity of a redevelopment project with ties to Barack Obama

Obama’s personal office declined comment on the Waimanalo property, referring inquiries to Nesbitt

doesn't even mention Obama in the second half of the article

        In a linked article:

State officials and community members say the Obamas will be among the future occupants

So he's literally going to live there, and they just called it "with ties to Barack Obama". That's how fare the media will go to cover for these aristocrats.

Because many see it as a net benefit for them. I've argued about it before and the same arguments that come up are, "what would Hawaii be without America? It would either be really poor or under the control of Japan." also "They voted to be a state!" While ignoring that it happened because the US actually did a great replacement and sent enough of their population over until they became the majority.

Also, Americans and hating their government but voluntarily believing all of its lies, name a better duo.
