In an update on the game’s page Matt Kain reveals that, “we’ve asked that Warner Bros. simply transfer the game to our Steam publisher account so that it can stay active, but so far they have said no with the reason being that they made the universal decision not to transfer the games back to the original studios and do not have the resources to do so”.

lmao what a bunch of dicks

What possible reason could they have for de-listing already released games? I wouldn’t think there would be a tax benefit to it.

Does Zaslav just really hate media and wants to destroy as much as possible?

It's certainly weird. I wonder if it's just a matter of them not willing to maintain the employees to do the administrative/accounting for them? Cheaper to cut the staff and department overhead than what the games bring in.

Probably something involving royalties or renewing licensing agreements. Zaslav also seems to have a huge ego and hates anything that he can't claim credit for.

At this point it feels like the execs wants to do all this anyways, but have decided to use Zaslav as the designated fall guy.
