i mean, buggy has a massive crew. that was his thing as a warlord. so i totally buy that he started doing emperor stuff after the warlords got shut down. or maybe his crew started claiming islands without his approval and he just had to go along with it.
Yea it's no nika fruit or hiyori's grandad sitting by while she gets whored for a decade +, but I wanna complain damn it!
