Also, as far as this is a real phenomenon, I don't think the cause of genz getting more vocal is because of woke campus politics. What probably is a bigger cause is that job training has been given to universities, and universities transformed into an expensive consumer product. Of course when your job training becomes consuming an expensive product, one of the lessons you take away is that you can complain to get what you want. Again, employees trying to take control of the workplace is a very good thing, but it's so funny that one of the things that lead to this is employers pushing the cost of job training onto employees and creating a consumer mindset around both job training and work.
