This reminds me of that study where they ask people to estimate demographics in the US. People thought that (on average) 30% of Americans are gay and 20% are trans. The actual percentages are 3% and 1% respectively.
Also IDK what that means for poll results, I'm just a dummy who likes gardening and beekeeping. But I guess it's worth pointing out that the business is a wholly conservative operation.
It means that they self-select for the dumbest freaks on the planet. Their audience is going to have terrible opinions because they are fundamentally incurious, lead-poisoned and pampered beyond belief. When your audience consists of mostly anglophone boomers, your "reader-interactions" will reflect that.

Considering ~20% of Zoomers are LGBT, I think people's guesses are closer to reality than the "actual" percentages.
