I think China still doesn't want to go hostile relations with the West yet, but tbh if we had a serious socialist movement we could probably get at least covert support. might not be necessary or a good idea though depending on the terms and circumstances. China is based and all but any revolution has to be domestic, Xi shouldn't be dictating the course of an American revolution, though we should of course be friends and allies.
