      This article isn’t criticizing the Soviet Union, it’s largely positive. It’s about how abortion was legalized in the Soviet Union before the west.

    Jacobin can only compliment the USSR if the topic gives a means to rightly or wrongly shit talk Stalin. More rightly in this case, but it is interesting how selective they are. Like the rollback of civil liberties like abortion and gay rights during the 30s was shit, but still they need to make Stalin's USSR into a different entity
