She's the reason this happened. Roberts sided with roe vs wade. He wanted to have a more "measured" roll back of abortion rights

Exactly. The only liberal ghoul even prepared to admit this is the one billion Americans guy, and in his case it's for all the wrong reasons

Roberts would have flipped in that situation, the same way if Manchin and Sinema were primaried 2 more obstructive democrats would show up. It's all a facade.

Doubt it. His voted several times with the liberals as the tie breaking vote against gop wants. Because of precedent.

Fair enough, didn't know he had previously broken ties. The rare "principled" conservative?

Yeah basically. From what his former aides say his very much worried about precedent and legal standings. That too undo law, especially old decided law backed with precedents, erodes all trust in the system. And his right. And that's basically where the libs are at. I'm sure we all think that it's a bs system and have for awhile.

They could of over turned obama care but he said it was settled law and sided with the liberals. There's others but i don't follow the courts

also, he leans libertarian. libertarians are pro-choice. being a catholic is the part that makes it a toss up for him.
