    Doubt it. His voted several times with the liberals as the tie breaking vote against gop wants. Because of precedent.

        Yeah basically. From what his former aides say his very much worried about precedent and legal standings. That too undo law, especially old decided law backed with precedents, erodes all trust in the system. And his right. And that's basically where the libs are at. I'm sure we all think that it's a bs system and have for awhile.

        They could of over turned obama care but he said it was settled law and sided with the liberals. There's others but i don't follow the courts

          also, he leans libertarian. libertarians are pro-choice. being a catholic is the part that makes it a toss up for him.
