I think the libs still think they can win with clever gotchas, like the Fash will see this and be like "Oh now I understand how it is wrong to violate the autonomy of other people I have seen the error of my ways and will change". Because for whatever reason Libs don't understand that Abortion is a religious crusade for the Fash and their end goal is to dominate, humiliate, and immiserate their enemies. Libs will say "The cruelty is the point" but they don't really understand what that means.
Libs still haven't understood that Republicans have the ultimate brains, and any attempt at "owning them with their own logic" is just going to enrage them and send their victim-mentality into overdrive. Republicans already believe that Democrats want to declare a war on Real Men(tm), and are in the pocket of "feminists". Nothing about their belief system is connected to material reality and just gets based on vibes and fake headlines from Facebook.
