    I'm struggling with this right now because I've basically forced myself into a role at my current job. They were handling things so poorly before I got there that it was only a matter of time before the company was shuttered.

    At least I've gotten everyone like $10k raises because of my changes

        Yeah, it's nice because I have essentially total control over everything now and an in a position to take demands to the boss. Which has given us all massive negotiating power seeing as how my demands always stem from systemic changes in payrates and benefits and I'm in a position where the company literally can't function without me and the code I've written.

        It also sucks because I'm now having to do the work of 4 people just to maintain our production and keep everything liquid.

        Still think it's worth it having brought 9 people from poverty wages to living wage.
