At least 46 people were found dead Monday in sweltering conditions in a semitruck in San Antonio, according to authorities, in a scene the mayor called a "horrific human tragedy."
If 46 people were killed and 16 injured in a mass shooting, we would at least get a few days of “why is this happening!?” And constant coverage of the families and talk of how to prevent this, but when it’s dead migrant workers in a semi, people just go along with their day like, well that’s the cost of doing business. Are they less human than someone who dies from a bullet?
