If you force detransition on kids there will be some violently angry parents. I suspect they're more likely to channel that into running away rather than murder but who knows, the economically trapped ones won't be able to get away.
As long as your kids are still alive you've got a very strong incentive to keep your head down and try to survive.
Though it occurs to me that we have a lot of intentionally childless young adults in America. Childless young adults with no prospects for the future make excellent revolutionaries.

Trans kids won't still be alive if you forcefully detransition them. Half of them will die.
