    Yeah I'm not a fan of the EU either, but I do consider it a superpower for this reason. It's hard to see when you're in the Imperial Core, but it's clear from outside the Imperial Core that the EU stands alongside the US and China as the three superpowers.

    There was a time in the 90's and early 2000's when every young person wanted a US passport. I only really hear that nowadays from older generations and some Millennials, Gen Z and most millennials are looking at the EU. For all of its flaws, the EU has safety regulations and a standard of living that we could only dream of.

    China is admired for its industrial growth, but the standard of living is still seen as better than ours but not quite at the EU level yet. That's likely to change soon.

      I don't live in the international community and people here do indeed yearn for american and european passports unfortunately (though China also has a strong and growing reputation)

      Just communicating my personal dislike of :eu-cool:
