because they are antisemites and want to target Jews
I mean probably yeah. Meant more in the sense of the courts who allowed this, since it seems to go against the genera right wing ideals about the courts and justices.

You’re probably right. But while the right isn’t entirely united, they do tend to fall in line and make sure that a rogue element doesn’t blow the lid on a grander plan before everything is in place.
