I actually made an effort to change his mind as he's still a teen. He said that his parents are really religious. I warned him that it's gotta hurt to get his psyche out of that psychological hell.

    I find that people who identify as things like "conservative socialist" care more about aesthetics than actual politics. Sorry, but not sorry.

      In this instance, its a teenager right? So it makes sense that political identity is, at this point, mostly aesthetics and shallow understanding of politics, philosophy, and history.

      Time for the nerds to bully the shit outta this kid though.
