Like beans squash rice. Do I need to eat complete proteins with every meal or is it not really necessary?

    afaik there's no such thing as magical protein combining. you can get all essential amino acids from a lot of stuff. the magic of rice and beans is probably a myth. beans are good. white rice has pretty much no protein in it so you don't need that as a protein source. eating a varied diet is good, don't eat one thing exclusively.
