Like beans squash rice. Do I need to eat complete proteins with every meal or is it not really necessary?

I mean, soy is a legume. Processed fake meats have sodium, added oils, and reduced fiber, so if you're concerned about your nutrition then whole-soy food is preferable.
But no, don't only eat soy.
