Like beans squash rice. Do I need to eat complete proteins with every meal or is it not really necessary?

    Seriously? I keep having this idea that my soy meats are my bad-but-better-than-nothing protein. Legumes are instead my "good" protein.

    I say this as someone who has not read up at all lol

      I mean, soy is a legume. Processed fake meats have sodium, added oils, and reduced fiber, so if you're concerned about your nutrition then whole-soy food is preferable.

      But no, don't only eat soy.
