I'm imagining the Chinese government attaching a 30,000 word dissertation to the sign discussing why violence is morally wrong, citing to both the Chinese and Western philosophical traditions. They also do this for every no parking and speed limit sign in the country. Like its a massive make work program for philosophy majors.
