Laws certainly protect landlords and let them get away with an awful lot of shit, but even then they're expected not to openly discuss fraud online where there'a a permanent record of it. It'd be a real shame if someone found out who they were and sent all their tenents screenshots of this.

Or better yet, every tenant should print it out and take it to court claiming it's their landlord.
