Examples of racism/euro-centrism during the Russia-Ukraine conflict
Add to the above list if you can, thank you.
Resources For Understanding The War Beyond The Bulletins
Defense Politics Asia's youtube channel and their map, who is an independent youtuber with a mostly neutral viewpoint.
Moon of Alabama, which tends to have good analysis (though also a couple bad takes here and there)
Understanding War and the Saker: neo-conservative sources but their reporting of the war (so far) seems to line up with reality better than most liberal sources.
Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict and, unlike most western analysts, has some degree of understanding on how war works. He is a reactionary, however.
On the ground: Patrick Lancaster, an independent journalist reporting in the Ukrainian warzones.
Unedited videos of Russian/Ukrainian press conferences and speeches.
Telegram Channels
Again, CW for anti-LGBT and racist, sexist, etc speech, as well as combat footage.

Last week's discussion post.
I think that they're trying to North Korea-ize Russia, where any claim, no matter how obviously false and batshit, is instantly believed by people because Westerners have been ludicrously propagandized against that country.
In this case, I think they're implicitly drawing upon the hilariously insane idea that Russians, like North Koreans and Chinese people, have some kind of microchip or listening device or some kind of brainwashing supervisor on them at all times that records everything they say and do to their totalitarian government, and that if they say a forbidden word or phrase (Tiananmen Square! Winnie the Pooh!), even far away from their country, then the government will hear them and punish them and their family.
I can already imagine liberals airdropping flash drives into Russia with pirated movies thinking they are undermining the Putler regime when in reality they are violating western sanctions
I can't wait to load up my plane with ten thousand USB sticks each filled with the entire West Wing series and go and fly over Russia to try and airdrop them and get shot down 500 feet into the border and cause World War 3
Help save bandwith
The best part is the pirated movies they'd be airdropping are probably from Russian rips.
