    semi conductor companies have plenty of cash flow they dont need a handout, just tax the imports and they will bring everything back

    You just don't understand the deal he's getting on Climate Change. He negotiated super hard with planet Earth and was able to get the planet to stop warming for $2 billion rather than $2 trillion. He's the real negotiator and Chief, take that Drumpf.
