I can also see that the account that tweeted that also said that the US wouldn't intervene in case of a conflict between Serbia and Kosovo, which is definitely bullshit, as one of their main military bases in the region is in Kosovo.
Some of the recent tweets seem to indicate that the Kosovar army is planning to attack at midnight. Hopefully just a bluff.
