Disjointed cameos that serve no purpose other than fan service. I was expecting like a cameo of Emilio to build up to Walt and Jesse appearing, but nah. They just throw it at you right at the beginning and then... nothing of substance. No context, no nothing. You don’t even know why they kidnapped him unless you watched the show.

Having watched BB, I could fill in the holes, but considering it’s mainly a prequel, just cutting to him engaging in debauchery and getting involved in the drug trade rather than just “having a guy” who can get him out of a jam is just weird, especially having his heart break just a second ago. Bravo Vince.

    We see Gene basically teaching Jeffie how to be a real criminal

    no Gene got Jeffe to steal just enough to be a felony and take a truck accross state lines as part of it so it's federal. What Jeffe stole is notgoing to be easy to sell but now if he calls the police on Gene he will go to jail too
