Did the soviet union or any other socialist state handle PTSD in its veterans in a more effective manner? Like, the lessened social alienation alone probably helped. But the question is more regarding if they approached treating it medically any differently.

    The ussr mental Healthcare was not good and full of quacks, I think we should be able to say that at this point. It could have been much better but I don't know the full history.
