In case y'all hadn't heard, I collect and breed native fish so I think I'm exempt from this call out.
But if I get a hobby then I'll be pressured to monetize it
I know this is meant as a shitpost but I'd just like to share that woodworking is one of the things that helps me find meaning in this shitty world we have to live in. Having an expensive hobby also makes me acutely aware of how everything seems to revolve around money nowadays. If you have to work all day so that you won't starve, you're definitely not gonna be thinking about doing things just for fun.
I wish everyone could have the financial stability and mental energy to find a truly fulfilling hobby, and that they could put themselves into it without having to break the bank. It's truly a great feeling to find something that you simply love doing.
