    Is it really stupid to make it clear that any parenting is going to need to be forced by the state? Honesty is usually a good starting place.

    Big difference in places with forced birth laws, obviously.

    Like, I avoid potential pregnancy by preferring men, but I’d take a vow of celibacy if I ever had to risk a kid.

        That’s reasonable. I simply think that unless consent to parenthood is made clear it isn’t there. Much like literally every type of consent, it cannot be assumed.
