Yes. Your eyes and brain don’t care which screens are supposed to be fun and which are supposed to be boring. Which is why most employers have trainings encouraging you to take short hourly breaks to prevent eye strain and brain fog. I believe you’re legally entitled to them but don’t quote me on that.
If you were to add listening to content, it would be the overwhelming majority of my waking life. I fall asleep listening to pods. I wake up and throw on a pod. I pause the pod to browse the posts and then pod some more. I pod on my walk to work, at work, on break, and the drive home. Ok time for some deep reflection
