You see, the reason wealthy people get to evade taxes, while the IRS selectively enforces laws against poor people, is because they're just too gosh-darn underfunded!

If only they just had some more moneys, they would get right to work on on making rich people pay taxes, and creating an egalitarian society that the working class could thrive under! Because there is so much evidence that the US government is invested in doing that.

    There is a grain of truth to this, the IRS has been defunded by conservatives over the years but they're missing the forest for the trees if they think this is the only problem

    It's like the EPA or FDA, in theory they could do a lot of good and protect people and the environment through regulations but both of these agencies have already been captured by the industries they were supposed to regulate and the IRS is no different, they serve the ruling class and only attack the poor

    There's a reason Al Capone was nailed by the IRS back in the day but the same thing never happened to Epstein and won't happen to Trump

    The IRS has been defanged but once that happened it changed and it can't change back through reform because if anyone tries, those fangs will be turned on the most vulnerable
