Woah! I always wanted to do that, I never knew there was a mod for that.
Mod is "Twin Lamps and Slave Hunters" and fleshes out the faction quite a bit with a lot more quests and NPCs Note: ya gotta have the OG Nevena's Twin Lamps & Slave Hunters v1.5 as well then update via the nexus version.
