I‘m taking a walk through central Mumbai with Rizwan, who switched from smoking tobacco to vaping, then turned vape seller. ...

I don't think I've ever seen such clear examples of poverty pushing people to make 'bad health decisions'.

It's really dumb to ban vaping in India. But like the end of the article says, Indian government has a stake in the country's largest tobacco company...
