If we all ate this for lunch we'd save $$$ and smack inflation to boot. Original recipe used Honey Bunches but almost anything crunchy will do. I suspect crushed potato chips might be best.

Edit: Even if you don't know how to cook you can buy a box of spaghetti for $2 and a can of premade tomato sauce for $3 and make at least 3 meals from it and they will actually resemble food
