If Biden wins, they are just going to tune out like they did under Obama and the conditions that created a Trump administration will only continue to grow. Also, if Biden wins, say good by to any dream of a progressive insurgency, the Dems will see that they have to keep moving to the right and placate to conservatives.
Also remember, the main problem that dems really have with Trump is that he says the quiet parts out loud. Polive crackdowns on peaceful protests happens under Obama and nothing was done about. Infact under him, the same agencues we see now got more money and power.
If there's a progressive insurgency, do you really think that the liberals will stand with us? You saw over the past months, once the liberals got into the protests the protests got significantly less radical.
