That's Oliver Cromwell, he taught the British to Crom much better than they had in the past :theory-gary:

He's a guy who helped kill the king in the English Civil War and then ruled as a kind of English Napoleon for a while, but he lacked the political vision to establish a system that would outlive him so once he was gone his followers fumbled the ball and the English got their monarchy back.
