    I believe it's a marginal increase in risk.

    31% decreased risk and 1 in 8 American men get diagnosed. It's actually more optimal to do 4-7 times/wk compared to less. I wanted to be a contrarian and say you don't have to, and you don't, but it might be worth looking into (the link in bio).
