As a former (high school band) tromboner, I am disappointed in the fact that the slide does not move in conjunction with the notes, I am however extremely pleased to receive the recognition and respect we deserve.
I cant imagine my neighbors would enjoy my practice sessions.
But it is a fun instrument. It's fairly simple for the most part, without getting into mutes, a great way to learn some notation (7 basic notes), and a good wind intro.
It sure as hell is easier than learning the baritone. I do prefer playing the trumpet, though.
To make it even weirder, the game controls by moving the mouse back and forth to simulate the slide motion, but they didn't model this in game.
Big missed opportunity to have some dumbass plastic trombone peripheral.
For the price of a peripheral you can buy a pBone and be just as good, or as bad, as you want to be playing along to music.
yo if they made it like an Otomatone that would be an instant buy from me

Please rise for our national anthem
Can't wait to see the inevitable video of someone playing this perfectly.

how people good at math are good at music
Can be.
I never could figure it out.
Lots of people can't. When Eddie Van Halen was a kid - he took piano lessons. He couldn't figure it out either so by watching his teacher's hands and by using his musical ear - he faked it.
I've attended two conservatories, and I can definitely state that most musicians suck at math.
Eh, could use some work on ombusure. Otherwise, pretty decent play.
