        They updated the constitution a few years ago and that requires a referendum like this (on top of the community level meetings to decide what changes to the constitution should be made)

        This electoral process happens for many things. Like modifying their constitution. For instance, 3 years ago would be the last time something like this happened.

          of course, but what have they voted to do all these years? obviously the west would never honestly cover them doing something good and no pablo cockerspaniel so the accurate coverage is probably not accessible to me or the other person
