Pretty sure the entire left unanimously came to the conclusion "America did it" within minutes of the news breaking.
Russia had absolutely nothing to do with people coming to that conclusion. It was the spontaneous thought of every single person with a brain.
America is the most likely culprit, followed by basically anyone else in NATO who owns a boat.
