The lawsuit would have no chance of winning and she hasn't said anything about following through on it. It feels like it was a lie to boost donations and she's just going to pocket the money.
Last I heard the site is stuck on the dark web, so you need a tor browser to access it. And even then it goes offline very frequently at weird times. Very unstable.
You can't take them down as in delete them from the internet, but aside from the straight up prosecution of its userbase that's the best you're gonna do.

Typed in kiwifarms .com, and a 404-type page came up.
Googled kiwifarms and accessed their site, where it endlessly failed to load anything.
So make of that what you will. Because last I heard it was stuck on the dark web because they can't find hosts and its unstable going offline for frequent periods.
