I know literally one track. That's it.

Edit: I'm intimidated by the amount of tracks/albums suggested and I deserve it. But I'm thankful, and will slowly skip around to digest recommendations.

Suffocation - before like 2008 i hate their newer stuff

Cattle decapitation - their latest albums sound vastly different from their older albums but i quite enjoy the and have seen them live thrice also they're super vegan themed and most songs are about doing to people what they do to animals

Nile - possibly my favourite band of all time but it's hard to make claims like that as a adult. Annihilation of the wicked or black seeds of vengeance are my picks for albums

Allegaeon - proponents for sentience is a sick tech death album i really like this band

Amon Amarth - viking themed and fairly 'mainstream' for as much as a death metal band can be. Melodic death metal, they've been around forever.

Archspire - relentless mutation and bleed the future if you want the fastest fucking metal you've ever heard

Fleshgod apocalypse - symphonic death metal incorporating orchestral music in their songs amazingly.

Septic flesh - as above, but slightly less refined than fleshgod...

Honestly i basically only listen to death metal so hmu if you want more recommendations

I'm wary about sharing my playlists publicly because opsec but if you dm me i can send you my top songs Spotify lists they're going to be all death metal and grindcore

It's a vibes thing that starts with their self titled album and I'll be honest I only gave blood ritual (the one after) a single listen through and gave up On everything afterwards

Maybe I should give them another listen and see what exactly it was. It has been quite a while.

Not a death metal kinda girl, but might I interest you in some local, home-grown doom metal?

EDIT: Wait no I lied, I dig Sulphur Aeon.

A Celebration of Guilt by Arsis and God was Created by Vehemence are 2 classic albums I always go back to listen to from time to time.

This is extremely basic as far as death metal goes, but if you're brand new to the genre, Cannibal Corpse was one of the first DM bands to break through. Like AC/DC, they have 2 different eras with different singers and most people like the original one.

Check out their classic track - Hammer Smashed Face

    Revocation - The Outer Ones

    Fallujah - The Flesh Prevails

    Fallujah - Nomadic

Black Crown Initiate - The Wreckage of Stars

    Archspire - Bleed the Future

Undeath - Lesions of a Different Kind

It ended up being a lot more than anticipated, I just like death metal.
