His deal is that he hooks people in with self-help tips and packages those with a lot of leading questions and observations. When called out for the extremely conservative things he is always implying, he will retreat and claim that he's a centrist who is just asking questions. If there's a protest against him speaking I would say go to it, sounds like fun - but he's not worth suffering fascist violence over.
