Meh. I don't really think that debate convinced anyone of anything, Zizek didn't even debate. Just showed up and did his thing, as usual. Sure, Peterson comes off as somewhat incompetent - if you know anything about communism. Guessing OP's dad doesn't have that prerequisite, tho.
