    There has yet to be discovered a medical condition that absolutely requires meat. There are anemic vegans. There's plenty of plant based foods high in iron.

    Sure, if you have some sort of condition you might need to plan your food out a bit more or supplement more... but you have to do that anyway if you're an omni with anemia, for example.

    These types usually break into 2 groups:

    1. People like this poster who will actually name their condition but clearly haven't bothered researching how to make vegan diet work with their condition (the smaller group IMO).

    2. People say they can't go vegan because of unnamed "conditions" or imply they tried going vegan for a few days and they felt dizzy (the larger group).
