It's a 100% free and open source adblocker that blocks ads on pretty much every site so well I often forget people are trying to screw with my head to get at my wallet.
It doesn't work for phones, but the Brave Browser does and has something similar inbuilt

I'd strongly recommend the Brave browser I linked then. I installed it a few months ago and haven't seen an ad on my mobile since.
