      At what point does a country like Canada or Germany start accepting LGBT asylum seekers from the US?

          Oh yeah, leaving the US costs a shit ton of money and it is official policy to make even visiting the states as difficult as possible.

        Way too late. Accepting pleas for asylum would mean admitting that the US regime is guilty of human rights violations, and any German government will be extremely reluctant to do that. If Germany is a location you'd be interested in moving to, your best bet is finding a job in an LGBT-friendly place (most major cities, i especially recommend Cologne or Berlin) and moving there on a work visa.
