e: I'm sorry for the angry response but this is how I feel reading what you wrote. "Just suck it up and do it bro" is bad advice to a question I wasn't asking. Please, shame me for using tools to start good habits. You don't need a planner to remember what chores to do. If you want to stop smoking just quit.
Also, gamification isn't pavlovian conditioning and I think this app was made by a sociology lab.
