Try to follow the conversation. I just said Belarus is good because it's anti-imperialist and non-colonialist. The bad faith rage came entirely from the other user who tried to use trans issues as a battering ram to get me to admit that other European nations are better than Belarus despite their imperialism (they are not)
That wasn't said by anyone that you're yelling at for pointing out that Belarus is unsafe for trans people. Why are you mad at trans people for pointing out that Belarus — like much of eastern europe — is a very unsafe place for them?
why are you mad at people from the global south pointing out that European imperialism is very unsafe for them? (with a track record of millions of deaths, point to Belarus's comparable actions if you can)
Because you're not pointing that out to the single person who suggested the Netherlands, you're pointing it out to the trans people who said Belarus is not safe for them. This make it it sound like you're raging at the trans people because you're also transphobic or because you have a lot of hangups about trans people that you need to work through, because you're not actually having a conversation with the one person who said Netherlands here.
You understand how relative comparisons work right? I merely said Belarus is the best in Europe because it isn't imperialist. I have no issues with trans people whatsoever, I just don't think a nation's stance on trans rights is the sole thing determining whether is should be supported (either do people here, because we support Palestine over Israel - if trans rights were all that mattered it follows that Israel is better than Palestine)
No one said that Belarus didn't deserve support (however critical) they just said that it's unsafe for trans people, disqualifying it from being the best in Europe. The way that you escalated and keep responding makes it sound like you hate trans people.
